Well, I have to say all the other reviews consistently sum up our experience with Justin and his staff. They are excellent on all levels. They are quick to show up when called for a job. It was Christmas day and response to water issue was less than 20 minutes!
They had the water removed and the wet drywall removed and fans running in no time. Cannot think of anyone that is able to do this as fast and on a stat holiday such as Christmas day!

Reliable, Efficient, Effective and Friendly! I have hired Concord for carpet cleaning for our apartment complex (units, hallways, the whole building) for years and they have never let me down. Justin has got every oil, lipstick, and dirt stain out of our carpets with efficiency and always excellent customer service. I was on holidays and did not have any internet. Totally unplugged. A house sitter was in my house and my water pipe froze and flooded my rec room in my basement. Justin was called in and started the job and got everything all dried out without even a deposit, so when I came home it was all ready to be restored without a real guarantee he was going to get paid.
